Certane has confirmed its appointment as trustee for Judo Capital Holdings Limited (ASX: JDO) (Judo) $75 million offer of new perpetual, subordinated, and unsecured securities called Judo Capital Notes (Capital Notes).

As the trustee for Capital Noteholders, Certane is appointed under the Corporations Act to act on behalf of noteholders to ensure the issuer (Judo) can meet its obligations.

Certane’s General Manager Corporate Trust & Custody Services, Yvonne Kelaher, welcomed the
opportunity to act as trustee for Judo’s latest capital notes issuance:
