Quentin Olde

Chairman

Quentin is a Chartered Accountant and a Senior Managing Director at global advisory firm Ankura based in Sydney, where he has the role as the Leader of the APAC Transactions and Turnaround & Restructuring team. Quentin has over 25 years of experience in business consulting, corporate advisory, restructuring, and operational turnarounds.

Quentin is a highly regarded restructuring and corporate advisory practitioner who provides strategic advice to clients on numerous complex informal and formal restructuring, insolvencies and workouts, as well as a range of corporate transactions. He has broad industry expertise and is regarded as a leader in the area of retail and consumer products, resources and mining, mining services, property, hospitality, and technology services. Quentin also has significant experience as an independent expert in high profile litigation matters and as an interim executive and director.

Darran Goodger

Director

Darran Goodger joined the business in 2018 and is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Certane.  Prior to this appointment Darran was the Chief Financial Officer of Certane.  Darran is also a Director on a number of the licenced subsidiary boards.

Darran brings nearly 30 years of financial services industry experience within overseas companies such as Merrill Lynch and Man Group PLC and more recently executive leadership roles in prominent technology driven hedge funds within Australia.

Stuart Howard

Director

Stuart Howard is currently an independent non-executive director of Certane CT, with over 25 years of management and operational experience in the financial services industries in both Australia and New Zealand. He has held senior management roles within financial services organisations, including as head of the Australian ExecutorTrustees corporate trust business and appointed to establish a New Zealand trustee company for an Australian-based financial services group. Stuart has been involved in business management & governance, development & growth, risk, client relationships, and operations and has developed a body of knowledge on the oversight of financial products and structures that operate in highly regulated environments.

Stuart has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is an Associate Member of theInstitute of Directors New Zealand.
