Board of Directors

Quentin Olde

Chairman

Quentin is a Chartered Accountant and a Senior Managing Director at global advisory firm Ankura based in Sydney, where he has the role as the Leader of the APAC Transactions and Turnaround & Restructuring team. Quentin has over 25 years of experience in business consulting, corporate advisory, restructuring, and operational turnarounds.

Quentin is a highly regarded restructuring and corporate advisory practitioner who provides strategic advice to clients on numerous complex informal and formal restructuring, insolvencies and workouts, as well as a range of corporate transactions. He has broad industry expertise and is regarded as a leader in the area of retail and consumer products, resources and mining, mining services, property, hospitality, and technology services. Quentin also has significant experience as an independent expert in high profile litigation matters and as an interim executive and director.

Teddy Wasserman

Director

Teddy Wasserman is the founder and managing partner of Cloverhill Group, a holding company for real estate, private equity and venture investment funds. Cloverhill has over US$500m deployed capital since inception. Cloverhill is an advisor and investor in Afiniti, a data science software company. Cloverhill Ventures, a subsidiary of Cloverhill Group is a consumer retail and technology focused early state investment platform.

Teddy spent 2010 through 2016 at Deutsche Bank as a Managing Director leading Equity Derivatives and Cross Asset Trading. Teddy joined Deutsche from Goldman Sachs, where he spent 10 years starting in the financial analyst program in 2000 and rising to Managing Director in 2008. Teddy has a B.A. in Economics and Art History from Williams College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Matthew Kibble

Director

Matthew Kibble is an experienced financial services executive across asset management and investment banking (M & A, capital markets), emerging market equities and derivatives. Matthew began his career as an accountant at Ernst and Young and spent over 5 years with JPMorgan Chase in the Consumer, Healthcare and Retail Investment Banking and Institutional Asian Equities and Derivatives before launching the Latin American investment vehicle Everlight Capital. He later joined the private family office investment vehicle Cap-Meridian Ventures as a partner with a broad mandate to invest in numerous asset classes globally, mainly disruptive technologies with superior operations teams.

In 2012, Matthew founded the private investment group Kibble Holdings LLC (“KH”) with a similar thesis. Matthew is a director of Andina Acquisition Corporation III, Eaton Hemp, Kibble Pet and Pacific Infrastructure Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance and Accounting, and a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Biomedical Sciences, both from the University of Queensland, Australia.

Darran Goodger

Chief Executive Officer

Darran Goodger joined the business in 2018 and is the Interim Group Chief Executive Officer of Certane.  Prior to this appointment Darran was the Chief Financial Officer of Certane.  Darran is also a Director on a number of the licenced subsidiary boards.

Darran brings nearly 30 years of financial services industry experience within overseas companies such as Merrill Lynch and Man Group PLC and more recently executive leadership roles in prominent technology driven hedge funds within Australia.

Andrew Peterson

CEO Diversa

Andrew Peterson is an Executive Director and CEO of Diversa and CCSL.

Andrew brings more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, including roles with Required Financial Services, Aviva Investors / Antares Equities, Timbercorp and IOOF.

With a focus on asset management, including executive leadership, sales, research, compliance, and product development across the retail and wholesale sectors, he has forged a reputation as a commercially-focused, results driven, and strategic executive.

Yvonne Kelaher

Head of Corporate Trust

Yvonne has over 21 years’ experience in the financial services industry including 19 years’ providing corporate trustee, custody and administration services to the equity and debt capital markets. Yvonne has extensive experience across a variety of products and asset classes.

Prior to Yvonne being appointed as Head of Corporate Trust in May 2018, she led the Relationship & Transaction Management Team, responsible for client relationships, implementing new business and deal negotiation.

Yvonne’s experience has been gained at organisations including State Street and Westpac Institutional Bank.
